kiddylicious New Crunchy range

When Kiddylicious asked if Bodhi would like to try out the new crunchy range i knew he definitely would, we was both very pleased when a box arrived filled with goodies not only the new crunchy grapes and crunchy peas & sweetcorn but also bags of fruit wriggles and smoothie melts for him to try.

Bodhi has had the fruit wriggles in the past and always enjoyed them , they are a low sugar snack/treat isn't something i would let Bodhi have everyday but they are great for keeping in your handbag/change bag for an out and about snack , they are also pretty much messy free so perfect for travel snacks. We took some on holiday with us last summer.

Bodhi was very keen to try the smoothie melts as he loves smoothie drinks, these little flat shapes melt on your tongue and they are very tasty ( yes i did try them! ) again perfect size bag for a little on the go snack.

Lastly Bodhi tried the new crunchy range, wasn't a hit for him, They are very crunchy and taste like the fruit and veg but i just don't think Bodhi liked the texture. Always good to try new things tho and i am sure others will really enjoy them.

I have stocked up on the smoothie melts as Bodhi will often ask for them when offered a snack, They range from 50/60p per bag but are often on muilt deals in super markets

Thank you to Kiddylicious for sending us these snacks to try 2/3 thumbs up from Bodhi

Simply washing powder review

Simply washing powder ( pure hypoallergenic & sensitive )

I was very kindly sent two packs of Simply washing powder to review as a mum washing clothes is a part of every day life, my washing basket is never empty. I also have eczema and so does Bodhi, i was very keen to try both of these products. i have been using the pure hypoallergenic powder for my towels & bed sheets as this is often what flares up my skin when using new products. i was very please to find no flare on myself or Bodhi. Our washing is smelling clean and fresh and very soft. The sensitive powder has become my new everyday replacement washing powder and i doubt i will go back to my old non-bio type gel.

the sachet film is soluble and unit dosed only one is needed per wash ( unless you have some really dirty clothes ) the sachet just needs to be popped into the back of the draw so it gets maximum water exposure.

Simply can be brought from Sainsburys and also Holland and Barrett if you are looking to buy online you can get both Simply pure & Simply Sensitive from amazon they are very well priced per wash and great pack size.

i would defiantly suggest Simply to anyone who has sensitive skin or eczema and also to parents, but they are not just aimed at this group of washers anyone who washes clothes would be making a smart choice to move over to Simply. They are clinically tested and proven to outperform leading brands without the added chemicals that can damage your health and environment.

Now spring has come i am so pleased to be getting washing out on the line to dry, nothing smells better then fresh clean washing that is safe for mine and my families skin.

who would have thought i'd be so happy about doing my washing ( and yes that is a empty washing basket in the photo !!! )

Kettle Bites Review

After getting in contact with Kettle we had a box full of the new Kettle bites sent out to us by post. Both Bodhi and i were really keen to try them but we waited for the rest of the family so we could get a good mix of tasters to test them out.

we was sent a range of the all of the flavour range to try, and on opening the packets you got a real kick of the flavour before you'd even tasted the kettle bites.

The kettle Bites range includes both wholegrain and lentil snacks, with all the Kettle taste and the quality promise. The lentil curls come in Sweet chilli & mozzarella with pesto and the wholegrain waves in maple barbecue & coconut, lime & chilli.

as with all the Kettle products, the seasonings in the bites range are made with real food ingredients. Kettle never add any artificial flavours, colours or MSG to their products, some other crisp manufacturers use to make the flavourings.

kettle bits come in multi-packs ( x5 22g) and 22g hang packs, these are available now from supermarkets and independent stores nationwide.

i filmed the tasting of the product with my family, this hasn't been edited or cut, this is what they thought first hand to the new range, and i think if id let him Bodhi would have eaten all four bowls ! my mum did suggest an idea of a mixed multi pack and i also think this is a great idea

the over all favourite of ours was the maple barbecue whole grain bites, i will be picking up some more when i go food shopping next. the multi packs are RRP £1.89 but you can sometimes get on offers such as 2 packs for £3

This review is from my own views ( and of my family ) the products used were sent to be reviewed for publication
Thank you Kettle Foods Ltd ( putting the food into snack food )
